I used green felt and sparkly felt for the continent, black heart patches I found in the craft room and then glued the felt to lamination paper so that she can actually peel off the back and stick them on!
Surely this qualifies for a special place in the "You know you're crafty when..." book of awesomeness, no? And my mind is definitely more at ease knowing Emily's nipples will be warmer!
